COVID-19 Safety Plan

This is Just a Tribute is operating in accordance with NSW Health Guidelines and our COVID Safety Plan. To ensure that we keep everyone as safe as is reasonably possible we have made some changes to the way we operate. This page provides the latest information on these changes, and what to expect when you visit the event.

IF YOU ARE UNWELL, STAY HOME.

Do not attend the event if:

  • You have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test.
  • You are unwell any symptoms of COVID-19 (including cough or sore throat) at the time of attending or have been unwell within the previous 72 hours and cannot provide a negative COVID-19 test result.
  • You have been to a location on a date and time that NSW Health has issued a self-isolation and get tested immediately alert for: www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates
  • You are from an area where there is local community transmission as directed by NSW Health.

If you or someone in your group meets the above criteria, please do not attend the performance. You should stay home and follow government guidelines to isolate and get tested.

SHARE INFORMATION WITH YOUR PARTY

If you are the ticket purchaser, you will receive several pre-arrival emails from Ticketmaster and This is Just a Tribute, sharing important information with you. Only the ticket purchaser will receive these emails, so be sure to forward the communications onto everyone in your party so that they are all aware of what to expect on their visit.

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19

If This is Just a Tribute need to cancel due to Covid-19, then all ticket holders will be refunded.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

If you booked your tickets and are an interstate or international traveller and are unable to attend the performance due to travel or quarantine restrictions, please contact customer service no later than a week before the performance and we will work with you to find an alternate performance, or a refund will be offered. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of exchange and must be of equal value of the original ticket(s) purchased. If you wish to exchange to a higher priced ticket(s), you will be asked to pay the difference in ticket price. In those cases, if after following the above processes we are unable to facilitate an exchange for another performance, a refund will be offered. No exchanges or refunds can be provided after the deadlines listed above or after a performance date unless required by applicable law. Please note: We can only assist those who purchased their This is Just a Tribute tickets on Ticketmaster Australia, the authorised ticket seller, or through approved partners. If you purchased tickets through any other avenue, please contact the seller directly to learn more about their refund and exchange policy.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT

As we work together to ensure this is a COVID Safe venue, the below outlines some measures you can expect on your upcoming visit.

CAPACITY LIMITS & SEATING CONFIGURATION

The This is Just a Tribute event site is a large, outdoor standing venue. At present, physical distancing is not mandated at the event but we ask that all patrons remain respectful of each other, particularly when queuing. This will be monitored and if required the site allows for additional spacing should government guidance change.

MASKS

Please check this information on the week of the event to see the latest guidelines, and whether masks are mandatory.

VENUE CHECK-IN REQUIRED FOR ENTRY

Before entering, you will be required to register using the Service NSW QR code. Please have the latest version of the Service NSW app downloaded on your phone.

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE WHEN QUEUING & MOVING

To assist with social distancing, we strongly encourage you to stay socially distanced where possible. When you move around the site, where it is practical, please ensure that you keep your distance from other patrons and wear your mask (if required). There will be queuing systems in place to help usher you through the event in a safe manner. Please follow the signs and the directions of our event team.

NO CLOAKROOM

Please only bring handbags and satchels that are smaller than an A4 piece of paper.

BARS AND CATERING

Event bars and other service areas will be open. To assist with crowding, we ask that once you have purchased your items, please return to your group for consumption.

CASHLESS

All of our outlets are cashless, and we can only accept contactless payments at our food stalls, bars, box office and merchandise shops.

SANITISE

We will have hand sanitising stations located at several points around the space for your use. Please make sure to use these regularly during your visit.

CONTINUOUS CLEANING

Our event site, toilets and catering areas receive a professional clean after every performance, and our professional cleaning staff will remain on site throughout the performance to constantly clean washrooms, touchpoints and high traffic areas.

COVID MARSHALS/USHERS ARE THERE TO HELP

Our COVID marshals and/or ushers will be onsite throughout the event to monitor everyone’s safety, and to assist you in any way they can. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please speak to one of our friendly staff who will assist you.

REGULAR SHOW ETIQUETTE WILL APPLY

Whilst there are many things about event experiences that have had to change, a lot have stayed the same.
Please note, This is Just a Tribute will regularly undertake risk assessments to review and adapt its COVID Safety Plan, taking into consideration the relevant NSW Government Public Health Order at the time. Our Covid Safety information is subject to change, so please be sure to visit this page a few days prior to your visit for the most up to date information.
